Gina Daye, PhD, APRN, FNP-C is a doctorally prepared family nurse practitioner with decades of experience caring for patients of all ages.

 

At the $99 CLINIC you can get care for almost any medical problem with a few exceptions (See the list of “Services Not Provided”). We charge one flat rate of $99 per medical problem except for the School or Pre-employment Physical which costs $49. Many of our services include ONE basic lab test with the visit. Same day or next day appointments are available and can be Scheduled Online or by Phone. NO WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Your prescriptions can be filled at our in-house dispensary or your local pharmacy. 

 

We are a self-pay clinic. We DO NOT accept health insurance. If you do have insurance, we can see you. You may submit your receipt to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit, Checks, and HSA Cards.
